Let's call the whole thing off.

This is a trail that Zoli and I rode on October 14th 2007. This is the second of many planned trips that we have logged in a quest to document the entire Cottonwood Valley.

We rode this around 9am last Sunday and were able to reach just North of Badger Pass in one hour. That is where we took this Picture:
Then we turned around and hauled ass back down to the car to make it home in time for church.

We started at the most northern point of this trail in the little town of Blue Diamond. We headed south towards Badger Pass and then back again.

Ed, Zoli and I went on a short mountain bike ride last week through about 6 and a half miles of the Cottonwood Valley. We had a good time. It was Ed's first time riding in this area and he was in for rude introduction of the harsh conditions of the desert. It was way too cold and way too windy, but we were determined to ride. I especially needed to get back out on the trail to fight off the spare tire that is growing around my waist.
